It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of wagi complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wagi login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wagi will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify wagi immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 Account Verification. wagi reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification. During a suspension, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on wagi are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). wagi does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.4 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the wagi platform and may be updated from time to time. wagi reserves the right to amend minimum transaction limits at any time.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. wagi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.6 Same-Method Policy. wagi reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount of that deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wagi reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as published in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 wagi may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. wagi reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be forfeited. wagi is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
5.5 wagi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a player and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
6.1 All bets placed on wagi are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits applicable to each game or market, as published on the wagi platform.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the wagi system. wagi reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
6.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or any other aspect of a bet, wagi reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. wagi's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Disconnection. wagi is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a disconnection or technical failure during a game or bet placement. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino game, the outcome will be determined by the game's server-side result.
6.5 Collusion & Cheating. Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wagi platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wagi content.
8.3 The wagi name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of wagi. You may not use any wagi trademark without prior written consent.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wagi platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 wagi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wagi platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wagi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 wagi does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. wagi is not liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wagi's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 wagi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wagi will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the wagi platform.
12.2 Your continued use of the wagi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the wagi platform.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wagi platform shall first be referred to wagi's customer support team for resolution. wagi will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through wagi's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
